ARCO Electric Products guarantees all products sold against defective material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation and not to exceed (18) months from the date of factory shipment. The capacitor cells are warranted for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited solely to the obligation to repair or replace ARCO Electric Products materials at the origin of manufacture. ARCO Electric Products is not responsible for any consequential damages caused by misapplication or improper installation whether intentional or accidental, theft vandalism, loss due to fire, or acts of nature. Under no circumstance will ARCO Electric Products be liable for loss of profits or any other consequential damage due to equipment failure. ARCO Electric Products does not assume any expense or liability for repairs made to products outside of the factory without prior written consent. In no instance will ARCO Electric Products’ responsibility extend to any equipment not manufactured by ARCO Electric Products
